《おっきりこみ》
おっきりこみとは、塩を入れずに打った幅広い生麵と、打ち粉が溶け出したとろみのあるスープ、根菜などのたくさんの具材が特徴です。
《こんにゃく》
群馬県は、全国のこんにゃくの約9割を生産しています。こんにゃく料理が美味しいのは当然です。
《鶏めし弁当》
昭和9年より根強い人気をもつ高崎名物です。

《やきまんじゅう》
蒸して作ったまんじゅうを竹串に刺し、黒砂糖や水飴で甘くした濃厚な味噌だれを裏表に塗って火に掛け、焦げ目を付けたものです。
《ソースカツ丼》
さらっとした甘めのソースをしみ込ませますが、カリッとしている衣が絶品です。
【だるま】
高崎だるまは群馬県指定の「ふるさと伝統工芸品」です。
眉毛は鶴、髭は亀を表現しています。日本では「鶴は千年、亀は万年」と言われ、吉祥・長寿の動物に例えられます。その縁起の良さから昔から高崎だるまは多くの人に親しまれています。
